By accessing or using the InboxPin platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

InboxPin provides email infrastructure monitoring, deliverability tools, and DMARC suite management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InboxPin and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall InboxPin, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
